Connecting generations to deepen our bond with the more than human world.

As well as being open from Tuesday to Saturday at the Centre, there is an extensive outreach program.

For example:

  • Forest Detective:  Youth 7+
  • Animal Adaptation Games:  Youth program 7+
  • Guided Helliwell Hikes
  • Explore Hornby’s intertidal biology with Dr. Steve Macdonald and Bill Roland
  • An update of Hornby Shore Birds with Paige Monterio
  • Intertidal Exploration for Families
  • Beach Art:  Youth 7+
