Join Jennifer at Sandpiper Community park every Tuesday & Thursday from 9-10AM for a hatha / flow practice. She has been teaching for 15+ years in at this beautiful meadow above the beach.
All levels are welcome, please bring your own mat and or blanket and any props you might need.
All classes are weather dependent so there will be nothing if there are high winds or rain.
