HORNBY FESTIVAL IS CELEBRATING 42 YEARS!! 1982-2024
The Hornby Festival is a 10-day annual, multi-genre festival known for its world-class performances. Come enjoy our beautiful community and culturally-rich island on the Salish Sea.
One of our most loved fund raisers is the annual BIRD HOUSE AUCTION.
Local artists and craftspeople come forward to explore the boundaries of creativity as seen through the eyes of a bird, well the eyes of a human building a bird’s house. Past results have been spectacular. The deadline for artistic commitment is March 17th. The auction is held at Rosemuir Farms during the Summer Music Festival, August 1-10, 2024
