A movement class that offers each person an opportunity to reclaim control of muscles that have “learned” to be chronically contracted. This gentle and powerful technique of “unlearning” can be easily learned and is ‘time well spent’ with yourself.
Hanna Somatic Education is the work of Thomas Hanna. He evolved the work of Moshe Feldenkrais, worked successfully with hundred of clients, trained new practitioners and shared his discoveries in a book called “Somatics.” These movement classes are being offered to you by Phyllis Victory, a certified Hanna Somatic Educator.
You will learn a series of very slow and gentle movements that can be practices in you own home to help you maintain a pain-free body…
