Gordon Payne — A senior Canadian artist and longtime Hornby resident, Payne has exhibited at the Vancouver Art Gallery, Contemporary Art Gallery and Burnaby Art Gallery. Introspective surveys his remarkable 70-year practice in painting, sculpture and experimental work.

At the Hornby Arts Centre, September 5 to October 25, 2026

Art Centre Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 10 am to 4 p.m.

Opening:  Saturday, September 5th at 5 – 8 p.m.

Artist Gallery Tour:  Sunday, September 13th, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Gordon takes viewers on a guided tour of works included in the exhibition.

Family Program:  Sunday, September 20th, 1 – 3 p.m.  For school age and up.  Exploring, observation and drawing.  Gordon will be in attendance.  To register, contact:  info@hornbyarts.com
