Fall Fair 2026
Theme: Gardens on wheels
- Parade — traditionally starts before the fair officially gets underway and ends at Rosemuir Farm. Marshalling starts at 10:15 along Central Road, the parade starts moving at about 10:45.
- Competition Tent — really the heart of the Fall Fair. Islanders enter produce, baking, preserves and other home-grown/home-made items for judging and prizes. Traditionally, competition entries are registered from 9:00–10:15, judging from 10:30 – 12:30, then the area opens to the public.
- Zucchini Races — hosted by The Spark Makers Space, occur towards the end of the day.
- Vendors’ market / stalls
- Displays and community information booths
- Live, home-grown music
- Community Fund presentation to recipients of the 2026 grants, at the main stage
- Family games
- Harvest Basket Silent Auction
- Bus service to and from the fair
