On March 26th, Pharm and Rad Dog are trekking into Joe King Ball Park for their Joint Music Tour: West Coast Tour 2024 – A Fusion of Prog Rock and Space Punk

Pharm, the renowned prog rock group from Kelowna, BC, and Rad Dog, the electrifying space punk sensation from Salmo, are thrilled to announce their upcoming joint music tour.

Pharm is known for their whacky antics on and off the stage precedes their reputation for their delicious musical blend of proggy rock and stoner metal. Pharm was forged in the early days of 2019.

Their debut album “Vortex” took the fellas on a 52-day national tour in the summer of 2023.

In February 2023, Pharm was named winner of the Wacken Metal Fest Battle of the Bands in Vancouver. There, they impressed both the judges and the crowd, and were subsequently invited to perform at the Electric Highway Festival at Dickens in Calgary in 2024. They were also invited for an interview and live on air performance at Calgary’s CJSW radio station on June 20, 2023.

Since then, they’ve been featured at Massif Festival, Armstrong Metal Fest and Canadian Music Week in Toronto.

They are now touring December 2023’s release of their acclaimed EP, “The Tower”.

They’re coming to make heads band and change up the timing faster than Einstein’s microwave.

Joining Pharm on this exhilarating tour is Rad Dog, A four piece, duo drummer rock extravaganza. Reflecting a psychedelic experience crossed with sometimes metal, sometimes punk elements of thrash and space rock for both a heady and driving sound. With all four members contributing vocals alongside complicated rhythms from the two full drum kits… making for an exciting live performance! The guitar, embellished by a variety of effects creates a lush, large sound backdrop to the intricate driven bass lines that RadDog’s hard rocking sound is infused with.

From the back hills of the West Kootenay region of British Columbia, RadDog survives a rural existence in which they’ve been honing their craft in the belly of the beast…aka the jam shack. Rad Dog combines a no holds back, all out live performance with off the cuff playing and intricate songs, full of harmony and progressive structures. Are you ready for the Rad Dog experience!?

The joint music tour will showcase the distinct styles of both bands, creating a fusion of prog rock and space punk that promises to be a sonic adventure.
