Jeffrey Rubinoff Sculpture Park
Jeffrey Rubinoff (1945–2017) was an internationally exhibited Canadian sculptor who lived and worked on Hornby Island for over 40 years. Set within approximately 200 acres of meadows and forest, the Park preserves and exhibits the majority of his life’s work — over 100 monumental and human-scale modernist steel sculptures.
The Park is run by a charitable society and offers programming that invites quiet engagement with both art and place. Rubinoff’s work reflects a sustained inquiry into the relationship between sculpture, music, and human perception. Today, the Park places emphasis on education, with programs and curator-led tours supporting deeper engagement with this abstract art form — for art lovers and first-time visitors alike.
Allow a minimum of 45 minutes for a self-guided visit; curator-led tours typically run approximately one to two hours. Accessible washroom, maps and publications are also available.
Tours for persons with mobility restrictions may be pre-booked in the summer season.
Seasonal opening times and events are listed on the website: www.rubinoffsculpturepark.org
