Wind Dance is a private 8.73 acres and is located in the Galleon Beach area of Hornby Island. This home is over 1800 square feet all on one level and the property is level with many sunny and shady spots for outdoor relaxing. There is a large deck that is accessible through a set of french doors to the living/dining room.
There are three bedrooms (King bed, Queen bed and Queen bed) and two and a half bathrooms as well as a very spacious living room/dining room. The primary bedroom has a beautiful 5 piece ensuite with a separate shower and tub. There is also a half bath and a full bath with tub and shower.
This is the perfect home and property for the children to run and play outside with a combination of grass and trees. The deck provides the ability to relax and enjoy the peace of the island. The location is fabulous, with quick access to the community trail network and a short walk or even shorter bike ride to the farmer’s market, school playing field & grassy point for that sundown swim or kayak.
The water is supplied by a well and a cistern. The water is good for cooking, washing dishes, bathing etc. Drinking water is supplied by a five gallons jug of water. The water can be refilled from the Co-op Gas Bar dispenser. The home has a septic system.
Wind Dance comes with:

Please note there are:
- No tents, campers, trailers etc. are permitted anywhere on the property.
- In keeping with Hornby Island water conservation no linens provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, dishcloths.
NOTE:
- This home does not have Internet. The owner has applied to have the fiber optic internet installed but at this time cannot guarantee that it will be installed by the summer of 2024.
- This home does permit one pet with approval by Wind and Waves for an additional fee of $100 per week.
Pricing
High Season: $2300 per week.
Shoulder Season: $247 per night (minimum 3 night booking).
During the summer season, this is a weekly rental only with the check in and check out date on a Friday.
In the shoulder season shorter rentals (minimum 3 days stay) are considered. The shoulder season runs from May 1 to mid-June and after the September long weekend to the end of September. A cleaning fee of $200 will be added to any rental less than one week.

TAXES
Applicable taxes are not included in the price and will be added at the time of booking.
PAYMENT TERMS
50% payment is due at the time of booking.
Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if cancelled after.
