WHALING STATION BAY HOUSE

Enjoy amazing views of the Salish Sea and often whale sightings from the huge deck of our newly renovated home in Whaling Station Bay. The deck is extremely quiet and private on the ever-changing rocky beach. Four hundred feet of walk-on waterfront accessed from two bedrooms and the living area. You can walk to Helliwell Provincial Park which offers a beautiful 5 km loop woodland and cliff walk. The sandy beach is just a two-minute walk away.

After time playing on the sandy beach, enjoy the Salish Sea view from the outdoor shower with hot water (but still keep showers to a bare minimum).  A laundry tree is right outside this shower to conveniently hang your beach towels and swimsuits.

There are no laundry facilities in the home so we ask that you take your own linens…beach towels, bath towels, bath mat, tea towels, and bed sheet sets (queen bed in main w/ ensuite and bunk bed with twin on top and double on bottom in second room). We provide pillows and bedspreads. There is a futon in the sunroom at the front of the house.

This home is beautiful, bright, clean and comfortable. We ask that you clean the home before you leave, leaving it ‘cleaner than you found it’, for the next guests arriving soon after you leave. We provide the cleaning supplies.

No pets allowed.  No fires allowed. Sleeps six.
