“Tranquility” is 150 steps from Whaling Station Beach!

It is so very easy to enjoy a day on one of Hornby famous sandy beaches.

Afterwards come back to your holiday home and a little piece of heaven, surrounded by peace and nature.

Set back off the road, Whaling Station Tranquility is situated on a large two acre lot across from the last access onto the beach. This is an ideal family getaway home.

A great location for families with children, as it is such a short walk to the beach.

Please note there is:

  • No tents, campers, trailers etc. permitted anywhere on the property.
  • In keeping with water conservation on Hornby Island there are no linens provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, dishcloths.
  • No smoking inside or outside anywhere on the property.

NOTE: 

  • This home has internet/WiFi but does not have a TV.
  • This home does not permit pets.

Pricing

High Season:   $2750 per week.

Shoulder Season: $295 per night (minimum 3 night booking).

During the summer season, this is a weekly rental only with check in and check out dates on a Saturday.

In the shoulder season shorter rentals (minimum 3 days stay) are considered. The shoulder season runs from May 1 to mid-June and after the September long weekend to the end of September. A cleaning fee of $200 will be added to any rental less than one week.

TAXES

Applicable taxes are not included in the price and will be added at the time of booking.

PAYMENT TERMS

50% payment is due at the time of booking.

Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.

50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if cancelled after.
