RELAX and RECUPERATE
Our light-filled and renovated cabin is peacefully surrounded by lush forest and yet centrally located in the community. There is a trail on the 10-acre parcel of private forest that connects to the Island’s major trail network on which you can stroll or bicycle – it is a 10 minute walk to the open air market, community hall and school playground and a short bicycle ride to the community co-op store, ringside market and restaurants, fruit stand, Tribune Bay beach, Mount Geoffrey and Joe King park (baseball diamond, bike park pump track, tennis courts and disc golf course). The cabin is a short 10-minute drive to Helliwell Provincial Park, Whaling Station Bay and many artists, potters, beaches and wineries.
The cabin interior features plenty of natural wood that amplifies the harmony with the surrounding forest. With an open layout, stained glass windows, skylights and plenty of large picture windows, natural light will brighten your visit. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open plan includes living room, dining room, kitchen and an additional area to relax on the daybed with a collection of books for children and adults and a cupboard of board games.
Two bedrooms are on the main floor. Upstairs is the third bedroom with a two piece ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a BBQ and an outside table to enjoy meals.
Please note: Maximum of 8 people including children. Due to the water restrictions on the Island and the turnaround time for the cleaners, linens are not included, however, we do supply pillows, duvets/covers and kitchen dish towels. Strictly no pets policy, no smoking, no camping.

$3,400 per week in June, July and August + 8% PST & 3% MRDT
Check-in Saturday at 4pm and check-out Saturday at 11am.
Payment by e-transfer only please.
To secure your dates, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. All remaining summer rental fees plus a damage deposit of $700 are due on May 1st. The damage deposit refundable within a week after your stay. In the event of a cancellation one month or more notice we will provide a full refund less 10%. With less than one month notice, there will be full refund less 25% if and when the house is rebooked (payable upon rebooking).
