Located a 7-minute walk from the breathtaking Sandpiper Beach, this home is a perfect venue for an artist’s retreat, a family holiday or a romantic getaway.
This modern cottage encourages relaxation: natural light pours in through myriad windows and skylights; extensive decking around the cottage offers many locations to recline; and the garden has sitting areas for both sun-seekers and shade-dwellers.
The master bedroom is spacious and bright, housing a comfortable queen-sized bed. The living room’s queen hide-a-bed sleeps two.
In addition to the main house, a bunkhouse offers a peaceful, private setting with extra accommodations: a double futon in the loft above (best suited for the agile) and a queen mattress below.
We have two washrooms (one indoor and one in a separate outbuilding) and each has a composting toilet. We require that every three days, guests add chips to the composters, and tumble the drum on the main unit, to keep it functioning properly. We will provide more details.
We also ask guests to bring their own linens: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats, dishcloths, dishtowels. We supply duvets and pillows.

Regular Pricing:
$2,100 per week in July and August.

$190/night, 3 night minimum in other months.
Payments and policies: Payments due by e-transfer. A 50% deposit is due upon booking, and the remainder of the fees (the balance, plus 8% PST and 3% MRDT) is due three weeks before rental period begins. In case of cancellation, we will re-list for that period and refund 90% of the fee if we are able to re-book.
