Sunrises are gorgeous, and the tides recede to reveal beautiful sandstone rock formations and tide pools. Enjoy time with family and friends, or re-energize in the solitude, sun and lovely vistas. This unique spot is sure to revive the mind, body, and spirit. Steps from Sandpiper Beach; 10 minutes to Tribune Bay and Coop.

There’s a cozy wood burning stove, and electric baseboard heaters. Barbeque and stereo/CD player also available. Water: Non-sulphuric cistern rainwater.

The east side of the house is flanked by a mature mixed fruit orchard, which includes heritage apples. There’s an outdoor deck facing the water; an ideal spot for watching morning sunrises while sipping on that first cup of morning coffee or tea, and a great spot to wind down the day at dinner time. Easily accessible steps lead to the water and beach, where there are fascinating tide pools to explore at low tide.
