Pebbles Loft is a one-bedroom cottage with a loft accessed by a good set of stairs. On the ground floor there is an open living, dining and kitchen area with a sliding glass door to the patio outside. This level also includes the bedroom and the full bathroom which includes a toilet, sink and bathtub with shower.
The yard is level and great for children to play. The back patio has a picnic table and BBQ available for use.
Bed Configuration: There is one bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed. Upstairs in the loft there are two beds. One single bed and one double bed.
Location: Pebbles Loft is located on Brigantine Road and is located an easy .4 km stroll to Grassy Point and Galleon Beach. This area of Hornby is centrally located and close to the Community Hall, the outdoor market and the playground and a short drive to the Co-op, Tribune Beach and mountain trails. This makes for a great family vacation spot.
Water: Water to the home is provided by rainwater catchment and collected in a cistern. Therefore, extreme water conservation is necessary. The water is good for cooking, washing dishes, bathing etc. For drinking you will be supplied with five gallons of water. The water container can be refilled from the Co-op Gas Bar or Ford’s Cove dispenser (for a small charge).
Linens: In line with the water conservation efforts on the island, the guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and dishcloths. Comforters and pillows are provided.
Garbage and Recycling: As part of the Hornby Island experience you will be required to visit the Hornby Island Recycling Centre and dispose of your own garbage and recycling before the end of your stay. Refundable bottles and cans can be donated to the Hornby Island Preschool which uses the funds to support their programs.
Internet: This home has Wi-Fi.
Pets: This home does not permit pets.

- Maximum parking for two vehicles permitted
- The woodstove cannot be used

PRICING:
Summer Season $1950 per week plus taxes
Shoulder Season runs from May 1st to last week of June and from last week of August to end of September. The rate is 25% off the summer rate, which is prorated for the length of stay (minimum 3 days) plus taxes. A cleaning fee of $210 will also be added for any rental which is less than seven days.
Turnover Day and Length of Stay: In summer season, this home is a Sunday turnover and books for a minimum of 7 days. In shoulder season turnover days are flexible and the minimum length of stay is 3 days.

Applicable taxes are not included in the price and will be added at the time of booking.
PAYMENT TERMS
- 50% payment is due at the time of booking.
- Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A $250 cancellation fee applies to all cancelations regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
- 100% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier less the cancellation fee.
- 50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier less the cancellation fee.
- 0% refundable if cancelled within 30 days of booking.
