Welcome to the Oceanview Farmhouse
West-side is best side! A sun-lovers dream and sunsets to die for. Enjoy the ocean-views from the wrap-around covered deck, sun-deck or the patio. This farmhouse is located on 5 beautiful acres and is loaded with fruit trees and all the blackberries you can pick (depending on season)!. The house is spacious and perfect for a family vacation. Wander through the pasture and across the street to a beautiful beach for a swim, beach fire (check for fire bans first) or simply to take in an awe-inspiring summer sunset.
The walk-around covered deck, sun deck and ground-level patio offer all kinds of seating and lounge zones both in the sun and shade. Enjoy sunset over the ocean from the hammock and your morning coffee in the sunshine listening to the birds on the patio : )

NEW LISTING:
July & August 7 Day Rentals Only $3200 + 8% PST & 3% MRDT per week.
June & September Minimum 3 Day Rentals $1200 for 3 Days ($400/night) or $2500 for 7 Days
Check-in Friday at 4pm and check-out Friday at 10am.
Payment by e-transfer only please.
To secure your dates, a deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. All remaining summer rental fees are due 15 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded if we can fill the time you’ve booked. $1000 damage deposit refundable within a week after your stay is required 1 week prior to your visit.
Other:
- Pet Friendly: 1 well behaved pet is welcome
- Our beloved cat Jezzabelle calls our house home and will be chaperoning you during your stay! We kindly ask our guests to keep her food and water bowls full but, beyond this, she is very independent.
- To conserve water, we ask you to please bring your own linens.
- Guests are responsible for removal of garbage and recycling.
- Guests must adhere to water, septic & fire restrictions
- Owner/Care-taker may be residing on lower half of property during your stay. House and surroundings are still very private.
- Owners will require access to the freezers on deck 2 x / week (15 minutes on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:30am) to get stock for the market.
