Mountain View is situated overlooking the Lambert Channel, Denman Island with the mountains of Vancouver Island in the distance.

This home has two bedrooms and a spacious sleeping loft, so sleeps six people comfortably. The bedroom on the main floor is beside the main bathroom, and has a door opening up onto the large deck. The upstairs bedroom has a wet bathroom attached.

The living area is open floor plan with sunken living room, spacious well appointed kitchen, dining area and lots of windows.

Mountain View comes with:

  • Main floor bedroom with queen bed
  • Second bedroom on the second floor with two singles beds together to make king bed with ensuite wet bathroom with shower
  • Sleeping loft with two single beds or there is a rolled up double foamy if people prefer.
  • Washer and dryer

Please note there is:

  • No linens, please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and dishcloths

Pricing

Summer Season: $3000 per week.

Shoulder Season: $386 per night (minimum 3 night booking).

During the summer season, this is a weekly rental only with the check in and check out date on a Friday. In the shoulder season shorter rentals (minimum 3 days stay) are considered.

The shoulder season runs from May 1 to mid June and after the September long weekend to the end of September. A cleaning fee of $200 will be added to any rental less than one week.

Applicable taxes are not included in the price and will be added at time of booking.

Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if cancelled after.
