A beautiful Japanese inspired west coast home. A rural oasis with all the comforts of modern living. Highly architectural with a modern open space plan that will provide a casual yet magical stay. Built by Hornby Island designer, Greg Moyles, this new home consists of two structures connected by a covered breezeway.
The bedroom structure provides a quiet retreat away from the main structure. Two bedrooms overlooking inner courtyard. Full en-suite off of each bedroom.
The main structure is an open space plan that is bathed in natural light. Vaulted ceilings with custom-built skylight constructed over the ridge of the main structure. Modern designer kitchen with polished concrete counter tops, gas stove and cooking/dining accoutrements. Polished concrete floors with radiant heating. The main bathroom has all amenities, including an outdoor shower. There is a living & dining area, which includes a wrap-around deck. The deck has four access points.
We have a roof water collection system & septic on a 1/2 acre of property.

$1900/week June through Septemeber
plus taxes: PST at 8% and MRDT at 3%
Our weeks run from Friday 3:30pm to Friday 11:00am. We require 50% down at the time of booking and the balance by July 1.
