The Snug is a charming cabin nestled on 2.5 acres of private land, surrounded by trees, birdsong, and the occasional visiting deer. Tucked away, yet centrally located, you’re just a short walk or bike ride to Hornby’s most-loved spots.

  • Fully equipped galley kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave)

  • Bathroom with hot shower (Note: no indoor toilet — experience our beautifully designed, eco-friendly outhouse for a true back-to-the-land touch)

  • Living area with comfy seating

  • Covered deck with dining space for 5

Here’s how to book:

  1. Check Availability
    Send us a quick message with your preferred dates, number of guests, and if you’d like to add the prospector tent or bring a dog. We’ll confirm availability and send you a personalized quote.

  2. Rates

  • Cabin Only:  $200/night (based on 2 guests)

  • Add-On Tent: +$80/night (sleeps up to 3 additional guests)

  • Cleaning Fee: $85 per stay

  • Minimum stay: 3 nights (7 nights in peak summer season – July & August)

  1. To Reserve
    Once your dates are confirmed, we’ll request a 50% deposit via e-transfer to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due June 1st.

  2. Cancellation Policy
    We get that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 60 days before your arrival will receive a full refund. Within 60 days, we’ll do our best to rebook the dates — if we do, you’ll get a refund minus an administration fee of 10%.
