The perfectly situated home with a beautiful ocean view. Bright and pleasant, this sunrise-facing home offers a chance to bask in the sun, the breeze, and the Salish Sea. The rocky beach in front is a beachcomber’s paradise and offers great swimming, fishing, and diving opportunities. The Lagoon from which Casa Laguna draws its name is directly in view and is a great relaxing pool for refreshing the senses. Furthermore, an easy stroll to Tribune Bay, Whaling Station Bay and Helliwell park makes Casa Laguna a perfect destination to take in the wonder of Hornby’s natural beauty and the flora and fauna that abound.
Situated on highly sought Anderson Drive, on a cleared half-acre lot, the interior of Casa Laguna offers a blend of charm, elegance, and simplicity. Provided with all the modern hardware and appliances to make your stay comfortable. The bedroom has a new comfy mattress and the bathroom is bright, clean, and spacious. The living room is equipped with 54” flat screen TV, DVD, and VCR player with selection of books, movies, and High Speed Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, cutlery, cookware, toaster, fridge, microwave, and stove. Additionally, a continental breakfast is provided for every day of your stay! Enjoy all this while you look out to the ocean with a view from the spacious living room, or up the fun and enjoy some local wine on the patio!

2024 PRICING
$1,500 per week in June, July & August
$1295 per week September to May
$185 per night September to May (3 night min)
$100 cleaning fee on all rentals
$80 linen rental fee (please advise, this is not charged if bringing own linens and is intended to conserve water)
50% deposit required to book dates, and balance is due 28 days before all rentals. Half of the deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation, if a replacement booking is completed
Please note rental fees do not include GST, PST, and MRDT.
$300 security deposit refundable within a week of your stay. Payment made via etransfer
