This magnificent Blue Sky designed waterfront house is situated on Harwood Road in the Galleon Beach area. Grassy Point, the favourite spot for Hornby sunsets, is a five-minute walk down the road, while the house itself enjoys the most glorious sunrises.
The house has three bedrooms, a spacious living/dining, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The lower level, where two of the bedrooms are located has an additional living room space with a queen size pull out bed. Numerous skylights and windows maximize light and view throughout the house. Two bedrooms have queen size beds while the third has twin beds which are easily joined.
