WELCOME TO OUR COTTAGE OFF ROBURN
Secluded yet centrally located, this lovely one-bedroom cottage is set amidst sunlit woodland. It’s a short walk or a shorter bike ride to the farmer’s market, the Community Hall, and the library. It offers easy access to the forest trails that take you to Big Tribune beach, the Co-op store, Joe King Park, and the Bakery.
The cottage features a sunny, spacious living room with cathedral ceiling. The bedroom has a queen-size bed; in addition, the living room has two day beds and can be closed off for privacy. Bedlinens and towels are provided at no extra charge.
The cheerful, skylit eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need – just bring food. There is a three-piece bathroom with ceramic-tiled shower stall, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Each room has its own thermostat.
Wifi Internet is available.
The cottage has an adjacent covered picnic pavilion with charcoal barbeque. For the more outdoor–minded, there is an adjoining private meadow with a fire pit.
Good dogs on leashes are welcomed.
The cottage is a “self-cleaning” rental, which means we expect you to leave it in the condition you found it. At the end of your stay, we will supply fresh linens and take away the ones you’ve used. As you leave the island you can take garbage and recyclables to the Recycling Depot.
No smoking in the cottage, please.
Pricing
$1,000 per week.
Weeks run from Sunday to Sunday.
Half of rental fee due at time of booking with the balance due June 15th. In case of cancellation we will refund 90% of the fee if we are able to re-book the week. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. We look forward to hearing from you.
