from the bustle of summer while still being within reach of Hornby’s beaches, trails, markets,
and community life.
The house is spacious, light-filled, and designed to let the setting take centre stage. Large
windows, warm wood floors, generous decks, and a minimalist, uncluttered feel create an easy
place to slow down, breathe out, and enjoy one of the most remarkable views on the island.
The property sleeps up to six guests, with three bedrooms, including a private detached bedroom
ideal for guests seeking extra privacy, and two full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has
everything needed for relaxed meals, and the open living areas offer comfortable places to gather
after a day at the beach, on the trails, or exploring the island.

Outside, guests can enjoy morning coffee on the large deck, evenings around the barbecue, open
lawn areas, and quiet seating spots among the old oak trees. The surrounding forest gives the
property a secluded, away-from-it-all feeling, while the mountain location offers sweeping views
across the water and beyond.
Perfectly located for outdoor enthusiasts, the property is close to some of the area’s best
mountain biking trails, and with easy access to forested hiking routes.
