What happens when new flavours and ways of cooking meet the traditional foods of this land?
Hornby Arts invites you to celebrate and explore a fusion of traditional Indigenous and contemporary foods through a unique culinary arts event. Chef Qwustenuxun (Jared Williams) from Cowichan Nation and Pentlatch Elder Barb Whyte (Billy) from K’ómoks Nation will be hosting this take-out lunch event.
