Meet Our Island’s Artists
Michelle is a visual artist who works mainly in encaustic paint (beeswax, damar resin and pigment) and acrylic mixed media.
Robin de Lavis
Robin de Lavis vacillates between formal graphic illustrations to expressionistic abstract paintings.
Karen paints from the heart using oils, acrylics and watercolours. Her love of nature is apparent in her paintings whether they are landscapes, seascapes, trees, animals or flowers.
Kim Lake is a Visual artist and writer. Her creative pursuits include digital art, kid lit and illustration, graphic art, posters, traditional visual media, conceptual art, poetry and photography.
