An 1800 sq. ft. private Suite located in the Hornby Island Estate Winery Heritage Building called “Flanders”, located on the south east corner of Hornby Island. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty and magic of this unique destination of 17 acres of forest land & orchard. High-speed internet (Starlink) and moderate cell service coverage will keep you connected during your stay.

We’ve taken care to ensure that the self contained East Wing Suite has everything you need to make the most of your stay on Hornby Island:

– Flatscreen Smart TV with Shaw Satellite, Netflix, etc.

– Nearby attractions include Parks, hiking and bicycle trails, beaches, water sports, the winery, restaurants, Farmers’ Markets, art exhibits, and more.

 – 4 bedrooms, two with King beds; 2 with Queen beds – able to comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

– Two Bathrooms – one with a shower.

– Tested and approved drinking water.

– Private office or study room; living room with leather couches; full kitchen; large picnic area with lots of comfortable lawn furniture; Weber propane BBQ.

The East Wing Suite is fully furnished and equipped with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.

Responsible pet owners are welcome.

During the High Season:  Check-in is Friday at 4pm, check-out is Friday at 10am.

How To Reserve:
To reserve your desired dates we require a 50% deposit. Deposit is fully refundable for 1 week from date of booking.
If you need to cancel more than 30 days prior to your visit, we will refund half of your deposit.
Less than 30 days to your visit there is no refund. Payment of the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Payable by e-transfer or cheque.

Friday to Friday only. Maximum of 8 guests.
June 24 to Sept. 9, 2022 – $3990 per week.

Low Season:
Three or more nights. Maximum of 8 guests.
May 2022 $430 per night (minimum stay: 3 nights)
June 1 to June 24, 2022 $499 per night (minimum stay: 3 nights)
Sept. 9 to Sept. 30, 2022 $499 per night (minimum stay: 3 nights)
Check in: 4 PM
Check out: 10 AM
Children are welcome.
Well behaved Dogs are welcome.
Fully Refundable damage deposit of $500.
Fully Refundable pet deposit of $300.
Additional Charges:
Cleaning Fee: $175.
Taxes:  8% PST  + 3% MRDT (a new B.C. accommodation tax) + 5% GST
