butterhouse has returned to the Vacation Rental Market for the 2025 season.

This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home wows all who enter into its spacious open concept with concrete floor, breezy vibe and French Farmhouse elegance.  From the photos you can see an open plan with linen covered couches, double doors opening to the south facing patio offering a teak dining set and 16’ Harvest Table nestled under a grape arbour.

Evening sun, propane fire pit and patio lights warm the outdoor BBQ Kitchen.  Every room is spotless and serene and offers 2 queen beds, 2 doubles, linen duvet covers and slips fresh off the clothesline.  The Kitchen is open to the Living Room, both indoor and outdoor eating areas and is equipped with a gas stove top, Kitchen Aide electric oven, dishwasher, and large stainless farmhouse sink with Brizo Faucet.

Although butterhouse is set in the middle of the golden fields of scenic Ostby Road, the home itself is surrounded by tall picket fences and gardens to ensure complete privacy.  Leaving butterhouse via the long driveway, turn left and you have a 15 min walk the spectacular sand beach at Tribune Bay, 5 minutes further and you arrive at the Hornby Co-op.  Turn right and you have a 5 minute stroll to Happy Hour or dinner at the Sea Breeze Inn.
