As Hornby Island is a Water Conversation community, minimizing water consumption is necessary. The water supply is precious, as many Hornby Islanders, we do not have a well; we rely on rainfall collection for our water source. You will have 500 Imperial gallons of water included in your 1-week stay; upon check-out, your water usage will be calculated and a fee for overages will apply. ($80/500 Imp gallons: delivered by local water supplier)
Simple water conservation hints are posted to assist you and your family/guests with conservation practices.
Bring your beach towels and toys, food and drink. Linens and bath towels are supplied.
Non- smoking home; smoking permitted outside. No pets, please.
Bob and Rhonda’s dog Rosie is on site and encouraged to stay confined to the owner’s private area. The backyard is fenced to reduce her access to the guest areas.
