ABOVE TIDE WATERFRONT COTTAGE
This well-maintained, wheelchair accessible cottage offers all the comforts of home and all the amenities you will need for a pleasurable holiday. There are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed (main floor), one double bed (upstairs), and two single beds (upstairs) in the third bedroom. All bedding with duvets is provided.
The living room, dining area and kitchen overlook the ocean as do the two upstairs bedrooms.
There is an abundant water supply, a cozy woodstove and electric baseboard heaters. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes microwave and dishwasher.
The living room has cable TV, DVD player, CD player telephone and wireless internet.
The larger of the two bathrooms contains a walk-in shower, washer and dryer. Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
The side deck includes an outdoor shower and the smaller of the two bathrooms. The front deck has a BarBQ for your use and a wheelchair accessible ramp to enter the cottage. A picnic table and lawn chairs are provided.
A short gentle slope leads to the water where an endless supply of interesting tide pools is waiting to be explored. The beach is ideal for launching canoes, kayaks and other small craft at high tide.
You’ll enjoy all the comforts of home while you are surrounded by peace and tranquility.

Cell phones do not work everywhere on the island but they do work here.
Smoking is not permitted in the cottage or on the property.
Please be mindful of our neighbors regarding noise levels as they will be mindful of you. Pets will be considered upon advance request.
Fire pit for low season enjoyment only. Sorry, no fires permitted May 24 weekend to September30th in the fire pit, on the beach, in front of or near the surrounding properties, due to extreme fire hazard in the summer.

Area Attractions
Watch the constant marine activity across Georgia Strait to Texada Island and Coastal Mountain Range. Close to Whaling Station beach, Tribune Bay beach and Helliwell Park. This is a bird watcher’s paradise. Enjoy eagles, gulls, cormorants, loons, herons, turkey vultures, Canada geese, rare Harlequin ducks in the spring, swallows, woodpeckers, songbirds and hummingbirds.

Pricing
Pricing
June and September: $2,500/week with weekly bookings only.
July and August: $3,500/week with weekly bookings only.
October to May: $325/night with a minimum 3-night stay.
Approved extra guests $200/person/week or any part thereof.
Damage/excess cleaning deposit $250.
Pets, by special request, $150/week/pet.
Cleaning $250 per booking.
25% deposit, by e-transfer is required to confirm booking. Balance is due by e-transfer two months prior to arrival date.
From June to September changeover day is Saturday. Check-in at 4.00 PM, check-out at 10.00 AM.
